Wifi choose the right channel

Hi Great Team,
today i have call my box helper for fiber.
and on discussion i have learn how to increase the debit
sudo iwlist wlan0 scan | grep \(Channel
you will display channel available and then in your configuration box by the web interface, choose the channel with less frequency.
