I am currently reading book 2 of the Weird of Hali series… bit of a twist on Cthulhu Mythos of H.P. Lovecraft.
The A-Z of Judo by Syd Hoare.
I don’t actually practice Judo but the photographs and descriptions in this book are so clear that I’m fairly confident I can apply some of them in real life self-defense situations.
I particularly enjoyed the chapter on spinelocks
