Expect unexpected. AFAIK the current Chromium version is not ready to work with Ozone flags, as it does not yet support some Wayland protocol used in the latest wlroots version. Hope to be wrong.

Just upgraded to sway 1.7. Current Chromium works.

Depends on the point of view. The ability to run a normal release instead of my own build from six months ago on my machine with AMD hybrid graphics is a killer feature.
