Small detail might bug people , the maximizing icon looks all square white ugly
how to fix it
For openbox the window decoration icon will be a bitmap file associated with the theme. If you’re good with gimp you can make your own, or drop in a replacement from an openbox theme you like.
From he menu -
Preferences --> Openbox --> Settings Editor
will bring up obconf so you can select from the pre-installed openbox themes.
