#2

Here is my Tint2, pretty simple. I have it set as a centre panel at the bottom of my screen.

Configs are here: Tint2 Config

#3

I use tint2 on my laptop to get the pager/taskbar/systemtry with battery indicator - good replacement for the fluxbox taskbar. In addition to battery, this tint2 also has executors for cpu% and load average, the Void linux icon launches jgmenu.:

#4

That is one nice Tint2 setup Pack.

#5

Thanks; I don’t really use tint2 a whole lot any more - polybar is more efficient for my needs -

Other set up I use - titn2 as an icon bar only:

#6

This is all my Tint2 consists of, a system tray.

#7

Been tinkering with executors lately. Executor for load average, battery, taskbar, system tray, clock. Large separators to move taskbar toward center:

#8

Nice! I have a good collection of executors too.

#9

Hi everyone!
According to me, tint2 is a good choice to complete workspace in Polybar. That’s why, I tried to find the good configuration of tint2 by following examples here and on the Internet. I share my job for the community. The border color of the active taskbar is according to the openbox theme i did previously. All is here!
A preview image:

Archlabs is fun! :star_struck:

#10

Very cool. I love it when everything matches.

#11

Latest tint2; nothing fancy but using the psuinfo scriot for the Up, Mem, CPU executors:

#12

Very nice indeed. I really like that Tint2.

#13

Thanks; I’m pleasantly surprised by the memory use when using python and bash executors:

4.4 MiB + 2.2 MiB = 6.6 MiB tint2

#14

Nicee @PackRat

#15

Yeah that is impressive.

#16

Very nice usage example @PackRat . I’ve just got back home after 10 hours at work. Will grab a beer and implement additions you proposed to the main branch.

#17

Top jobs to both of you @PackRat @nwg
