Have you by any chance succeeded in rotating displays?
monitor=DP-1,1920x1200@60,0x0,1,transform,3
gives me invalid syntax at "transform".
Have you try this:
monitor=DP-1,1920x1200@60,0x0,1
monitor=DP-1,transform,3
working just fine here
