Whoo Hoo! The new (to me) ThinkVision 2560 x 1440 arrived! Now I can tear down the setup and build it back again. Gee, I love hardware.

Great video

So that’s the Big Bang Theory
I’ve been told to watch it, is it good?

I would watch it again and again, until it disappeared from Netflix.

Not really a desk, but my secondary workshop with new light sources. Wish they were warm white, but I only could buy cold white.

Put some diffusers in front of the lights. So the light only shines up to the ceiling and down to the counter.

They look like this and I point them down. In fact, they do not glare as shown in the photo. It was quite dark in the kitchen.

4000k is better to work under as a light source anyway. Very nice kitchen.

Thank you! I think I’ll get used to this light. Anyway, it didn’t stop me from baking the cake.

I gave them L-shaped, white plastic covers, and yes, it looks better.

One step forward, one backward. You’ve lost the indirect lighting from the ceiling. That lighting does the most for the room as a whole.

The light is exactly where I want it to be. I still have a ceiling lamp in case I need it.

If you like it that’s all that matters. I spent most of my life doing high end kitchen/bath remodeling; working to please some popular, in demand decorators.

It looks something like this in my case:

but together with all the reflections it’s not bad.

I upgraded my case today, I was given a brand new Cooler Master H500 by my brother-in-law so I thought I would swap out my little one for a full size

I installed LED strips for the kitchen hood. It took me half a Saturday, but I finally have decent light there.
