It s a command that I do everyday; It might do nothing but might also help somehow ;

rm -rf ~/.cache/mozilla/firefox/*

Apparently Firefox are popping up full screen ads randomly pushing the Mozilla VPN. If you want to stop this from happening, because from what I have read it doesn’t only happen once, then head to about:config and either change set browser.vpn_promo.enabled to false or add it as a boolean and then double click to change to false.
