Polybar font help

Hi, how do I list the current in my bus connection? I tried to execute the command “ip addr” and I have return:

Add the module ‘eth’ in the settings but it does not appear in the toolbar.

Help2: How do I change the source of the polybar. I want to use a San Francisco Regular Display.

In the ~/.config/polybar/master.conf file you’ll find a section like:

font-0 = "Inconsolata LGC Markup:style=bold:size=11:antialias=true;2"
# font-1 = "FontAwesome:size=9:antialias=false;2"
font-1 = "Monospace:size=11:bold:antialias=true;2"
font-2 = "MaterialIcons:size=11:antialias=false;3"
font-3 = "icomoon:size=11:antialias=false;2"

Change the font-0 entry to the San Francisco font you want to use.

Thank you, it worked! So the graph of CPU usage that can change to this source, does it have any incompatibility? See in the previous screenshot using the default font, the cpu usage side appears the graphics of the use. Now it’s gone! But the rest changed perfectly.

Some kind of font issue. Make sure you have something like:

font-1 = "FontAwesome:size=9:antialias=false;2"

in the font section of your master.conf.

If that doesn’t fix it, start a thread in the support section.

Not work.

font-0 = “San Francisco Display Regular:size=8;2”
font-1 = “FontAwesome:size=9:antialias=false;2”
font-2 = “MaterialIcons:size=10:antialias=false;2”
font-3 = “icomoon:size=10:antialias=false;2”
font-4 = “Ubuntu Nerd Font:size=10:antialias=false;2”

Go ahead and post an actual help question. This thread is actually for working configs.

@beagle, what @PackRat said. This isn’t a help thread.

I’ll do it for you.

@beagle, hi I think it would be wise if study the arch wiki. Also, you should download the pdf version for linux bible for command line and script programming. These will help you to understand the linux system. Arch wiki will give you a better feel for the arch based system. We are here to help, but you have to try and learn how to research problem solving skills. Linux is a system that you need to study using the resources I and others have recommended, also there are a lot of other resources on the web, a lot of which you can download as pdf. Have a great day.
