I have a question. It is about tweaking Openbox’s workspace switcher notification. Is it possible to tweak its appearance? I have indicated what mine looks like below.

You do that in the themerc in your /usr/share/themes folder. It will be in the openbox-3 folder of your chosen theme.
The section to tweak is the OSD section.

So even though one can change the colour, I am looking to tweak it a bit more. As in, make the background transparent and maybe change the dimensions of the workspace squares itself etc.
I think the transparency might be a setting with compton rather than the themerc.
