robinlily on Fvwm Forum has posted a collection of decors, and a tool that lets you pick two colors from your screen wallpaper and use them in title bars.
Fancy Decors is a great addition to Fvwm. Works well on Fvwm2 and Fvwm3 with a minor edit on the location of FvwmCommands.
