Endeavour OS xfce4-terminal colors

Dear Lovers :slight_smile:

I am really liking the EOS terminal’s theming. Elegant, understated, and yet totally not boring. So am repro’ing it here w/ full credit (it is 100% copy paste). Just put this into a file called endeavouros (or whateveryoulike) in your /usr/share/xfce4/terminal/colorschemes

ColorForeground=#e3e3ea
ColorBackground=#08052b
ColorPalette=rgb(8,5,43);rgb(255,127,127);rgb(71,179,93);rgb(204,57,128);rgb(127,186,255);rgb(127,63,191);rgb(127,127,255);rgb(205,204,219);rgb(127,186,255);rgb(255,127,127);rgb(153,153,204);rgb(255,127,127);rgb(127,127,255);rgb(127,63,191);rgb(127,127,255);rgb(227,227,234)
ColorCursor=#ff7f7f
ColorCursorForeground=#FFFFFF
ColorBold=#7fbaff
TabActivityColor=#47B35D
ColorCursorUseDefault=FALSE
ColorBoldIsBright=FALSE
ColorSelectionUseDefault=TRUE

Also, you will need to make opacity=0.92 to get the exact same theme as EOS.

Hope you like … :slight_smile:

Cheers all ya!

Thanks for the like PR. Honestly, I am new to linux forums, and didn’t know if it was OK to post configs created by another distro. I figured “damn man, its supposed to be free as beer right, so it can’t hurt” :slight_smile: Was expecting a private holler from Dobbie saying “don’t do this mate!” but instead got a like from you, so its all good dude!

@vinay thanks for sharing. They are cool colors. As long as you attributed them to EOS there’s probably nothing to worry about.

One thing you might want to do is put them in ~./local/share/xfce4/terminal/colorschemes instead. That way you don’t have to use root privileges.

Ahh, yes that’s a nice improvement. Always irritated when it asks me for pwd :slight_smile:

Thanks @cog
