I somehow tweaked around too much and hosed my last install, so I’ve just reinstalled Archlabs. Before I hosed my install I had gotten it so that I had icons in my Openbox menu. I can’t for the life of me remember what I did to get them. Does anyone have any ideas?
Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance.
Cheers.

Hi @sharkytowers if you install obmenu-generator, you can then use that to change your menu items including adding icons to your menu.

@sharkytowers Hey man, another option would be to replicate what @PackRat has done and assign a mouse binding to jgmenu. See here, scroll to nearly the bottom to see what he’s done, pretty nifty. I’m sure he’d share with you the hows if you asked.

I had to run obmenu from command line:
obmenu-generator -s -i
and it worked. just putting this here for future searches.

@sharkytowers For those of you who actually like icons in obmenu…
Would you mind please marking this as solved. Just makes it easier for others searching for the same answer.
Thanks
@anon37345411 No problem. Done and done.
