My wife and I recently had a day free in the Wellington region and so completed a portion of the Remutaka cycle trail - one of the great New Zealand cycle trails. Nice day with my favourite person.
Great weather for you guys. We have rain…again.
Yeah it was a nice day. Windy AF tho’. I just about got blown into the railings crossing this bridge. This part of the track is known colloquially as Siberia.
I’m back in the Coromandel now and it’s raining
Yeah, we are on to our second day of rain, and Tuesday night was raining. Clearing tomorrow, I hope.
Fingers crossed for us both
Coramandel … that’s not too shabby up yonder.
Thanks GM - yup pretty nice part of the country for sure.
Its only water, you know
so says you from sunny Portugal . . .
I was born and bred on (more in, actually) the UK North Sea I’ll have you know
And, here we have twice the annual rainfall that my hometown has (admittedly in much shorter bursts :D)
I love sailing in the torrential rain - an emotive experience
Wow, nice place @knob

Listening to Tool and relaxing out on the deck.
