Cool - I’ll have a look when time permits.

I also use NoScript - setup tips (not sure how good they are).

Thanks for the link to NoScript.

All good. It CAN be a pain in the arse tho’

Yeah I disabled it for a long while, it’s probably a case of tweaking NoScript on each site you visit.

Yup that’s it. I set it up as he suggests and then allow per site access as you visit them. ie. all stuff for archlabslinux.com etc etc. Not to bad but it’s annoying when you visit some random site and wonder wtf is up with your internet connection. Sometimes takes me a while to realise its NoScript doing it’s thing

[EDIT] Hope I haven’t made it sound too bad. It’s not that intrusive. or bad to set up. I wouldn’t want to NOT use it. It does need a way of syncing settings when you move from 1 PC to another tho’

Yeah it’s causing me absolute havoc on Reddit right now.

Same as mine, though less a few entries there (thanks to Ublock). I think Ublock and NoScript are clashing on Reddit.

Oh - interesting. I’ll dig into that video later

I’ve read a few articles about NoScript and uBlock clashing but never really experienced that until today. The difference is I have tweaked uBlock quite a bit more than I have done in the past.

I use wireguard and StevenBlack/hosts on my cloud server which all my devices connect to.
On all my devices that connect to the server use wireguard, uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, decentraleyes and StevenBlack/host. Looking with much interest to the in depth of Block Origin posted by @Dobbie03.

Adblocker used to be good. Unfortunately, it has changed a lot in recent years. If you are willing to pay, your domain can be unblocked. That’s a lot like ransome.
